Wet Effect Solution – Wet Pro NanoMax

Wet Pro is a professional solvent-based waterproofing solution, specially developed to protect and accentuate absorbent surfaces such as:

natural stone,

stamped concrete,

cement mortar,

decorative plasters,

stamped floors and other mineral structural materials.

Application Instructions

  • The surface must be dry, clean and degreased;
  • Apply at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C, avoiding direct sunlight;
  • Apply undiluted, with a brush, roller, microfiber cloth or by spraying (caution: do not inhale aerosols - use a protective mask);
  • Apply a thin and even layer; if necessary, repeat the application after the first layer has dried;
  • For less absorbent surfaces (e.g. marble, granite) – apply with a damp cloth, spread well, and after 2-4 hours wipe off the excess;
  • The product becomes fully functional after 24-48 hours of maturation, at a temperature of 20°C;

Not recommended for glossy or finely polished surfaces (e.g. glossy granite, polished marble)
Not suitable for non-porous or synthetic materials
Does not replace a structural waterproofing treatment
Requires prior testing on light-colored stone

CLEAN AND DRY THE SURFACE WELL

To clean the surface, use a NANOMAX Rock Cleaner. Wear protective gloves.

The treated surface must be absolutely dry and free from impurities, residues of cleaning agents and stressed substances. It must be applied to a substrate and at an ambient temperature of +5 * C +25 * C. It is applied undiluted with a brush, foam roller, microfiber cloth or spray application (do not inhale aerosols - take precautions).

Apply a thin, even layer. If necessary, apply a second layer. Excess material must be removed immediately. For slightly absorbent surfaces (marble, granite) apply a thin layer with a microfiber cloth. Then, let the surface dry.

The impregnation is fully functional immediately after the curing period (24h-48h at a substrate temperature of 20* C). The curing time in the depth of the surface may vary. Protect the impregnating surface against water, dirt and frost during the curing period.

FAQ

What does "wet effect" mean and what surfaces are compatible with the product?

The wet effect provides a more intense visual appearance, highlightingthe natural veins and texture of the stone(similar to the appearance of a wet surface, but without being shiny or slippery). Wet Pro is compatible withnatural stone, granite, slate, travertine and basalt.

Does the product leave a shiny or sticky film?

No. Wet Pro penetrates the material anddoes not form a film on the surface, soit is not sticky, does not exfoliate and does not affect the tactile texture. The finish remains matte or semi-matte, depending on the support.

Is periodic maintenance of the treated surface necessary?

Yes. For areas exposed to traffic or weather, it is recommendedreapplication every 6–12 months, depending on the degree of wear. Vertical or protected surfaces may require reapplication less frequently.

Can it also be applied to vertical surfaces, facades or walls?

Absolutely. The product is also effective forvertical applications– does not leak, does not stain and offers anti-infiltration and anti-dust protection including onexterior facades, stone plinths or fences.
