Description

Water-based thermal insulation paint for exterior surfaces, with triple action: reflection, resistance and waterproofing of surfaces.

SurfaPaint™ ThermoDry Exterior is a high-quality acrylic paint with heat-protective properties, ideal for outdoor use, enhanced with SurfaPaint™ ThermoDry.

It contains special nano and micro-sized thermal insulation components that help save energy in winter and summer. Thermal insulation particles provide a reduction in thermal conductivity, reflect thermal radiation and limit water absorption, which can lead to significant energy savings.

Therefore, SurfaPaint™ ThermoDry Exterior offers excellent coverage , strong adhesion, elasticity, crack bridging, resistance to sunlight and salts. The application of SurfaPaint™ ThermoDry Exterior can prevent the development of Urban Heat Islands, reflecting more than 90% of the thermal radiation incident on buildings.

In addition, it covers capillary cracks even in very low temperature conditions (-20 ° C) and/or at large temperature differences.

Application Instructions

  • Shake well before use. No dilution is required to cover capillary cracks up to 0.5 mm.
  • For cracks larger than 1 mm, fill the space with a suitable putty.
  • If dilution is necessary, add up to 10% water by volume. Application temperature should be between 8 – 35⁰C.
  • Apply 2-3 coats using a quality brush, roller or sprayer with a nozzle diameter of 1.4 mm or larger. Do not add more than recommended.
  • Make sure corners and edges are properly covered. Clean tools immediately with water after use.
