TECHNICAL DETAILS:
Coverage capacity: is approximately +/- 4 square meters per liter/layer. For absorbent surfaces, cement – we recommend applying 2 coats and a SURFAMIX P adhesion primer. Wait 3-4 hours before applying the 2nd coat. All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, oils, grease and loose residues. New cement substrates and new masonry must be cured for at least 4 weeks before applying the primer. For metal or tile surfaces, it is recommended to apply Surfamix WB as a primer or another compatible primer. After applying the primer, apply a first coat of undiluted paint and, after 24 hours, a second coat, applied in a crosswise pattern. For this operation, you can use a high-quality brush, a soft-bristled roller or a paint gun. It is important to note that the maximum curing period of the paint is 7 days.

Description
This paint is ideal for waterproofing horizontal surfaces such as terraces, roofs and balconies, including covering minor cracks.
It can be applied to various surfaces such as concrete, cement, clay tiles, brick, mortar and bituminous membranes (with mosaic, but without aluminum alloy).
This paint is based on a polymer resin , which confers elastomeric properties over an extended range of external temperatures and an elasticity of over 350%.
It is also the main element responsible for creating a waterproof barrier, even under water or snow. Another benefit is its ability to fill cracks up to 1.5 mm. The polymer resin serves as the ideal matrix for SurfaPore ThermoDry, which adds thermal properties to it.
Essentially, SurfaPaint ThermoDry Elastomeric paint remains white after application, repelling dirt and preserving the original aesthetic integrity of the surface. Overall, it combines the functionality of unique elements to provide a smart finish that simultaneously protects and saves energy.
Applications:
Ideal for exterior surfaces such as bituminous roofs, walls, masonry or concrete, metal tiles and other places where water-based and acrylic paints are applied.
Suitable for application in masonry exposed to adverse weather conditions and for the protection of damaged surfaces with small cracks.
