SurfaPaint Aqua X is a water-based acrylic and silicone paint that provides effective hydrophobic protection to new and painted surfaces, as it draws moisture from the outside in, reducing cracking and swelling.
It protects the masonry surface while allowing it to breathe. Because it repels water and reduces its absorption, it prevents premature paint degradation and the appearance of mold. Due to its hydrophobicity, the surface remains dry, limiting the development of mold.
Provides very good adhesion to the application substrate and elasticity. SurfaPaint™ Aqua X maintains its functionality over the long term, extending the life of the painted surface. Its high reflectivity makes it a "cool color".
It is ideal for construction surfaces exposed to high humidity and adverse environmental conditions, such as coastal areas. It can be used on exterior surfaces (walls, masonry, cement, drywall) and on surfaces with high humidity.
