Description

NANOMAX Concrete and Stone Lacquer is a high-quality nano-polymer, a lacquer intended for decorating and protecting stone, concrete, brick or other porous substrates.

The varnish is made based on a nano-acrylic resin that gives it premium characteristics: adhesion, penetration, hardness and resistance to abrasion and scratches.

NANOMAX Varnish creates a durable, transparent protective layer with high resistance to water or oil stains or the development of microorganisms. The application procedure is easy, the drying time is fast, the treated surface acquires water resistance extremely quickly.

Important! The product does not require dilution. It is applied as is. It is recommended for vertical surfaces.

Application Instructions

The application surface must be dry and clean.
Remove any flaking or loose material from the surface. Any oily residue should be completely removed. Most problems arise from improper surface preparation.
Apply the product with a brush, roller or spray.

Note this:

Do not apply to wet or freshly poured surfaces.
Not formulated for surfaces with heavy mechanical traffic
Can slightly change the shade of the surface
Not suitable for surfaces previously treated with other varnishes or waterproofing
Not intended for permanent contact with water
Thick application may cause drying defects

HOW TO USE

CLEAN AND DRY THE SURFACE WELL

For this step, you can use a detergent from the Nanomax Cleaner Pro range for cleaning pavement/concrete. Clean the surface thoroughly with detergent and allow to dry thoroughly. Any petroleum residues must be removed from the application surface. Many
of failures recorded after treatment are attributed to insufficient surface preparation. Use protective gloves.

SHAKE THE CAN WELL, APPLY THE WATERPROOFING VARNISH WITH A BRUSH, IN A FINE LAYER, DO NOT IRON OR LET THE SURFACE COME INTO CONTACT WITH WATER FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS.

The varnish is applied with a brush, roller or airless spray gun. Apply 1-2 coats
for a satin finish and 3 coats for a glossy finish. Drying time – to the touch: is
60 min. Drying time is 2 - 3h (at 25°C - 50%RH). To apply a subsequent coat, leave
the previous layer to dry for 2 hours. It is recommended that the treated surface not be exposed to
extreme weather conditions, for 4-5 days after application
