SurfaPore FX WB Hardener for concrete degradation or grinding, is an innovative, water-based hybrid nano-material , enhancing the properties of the material's components and making it more resistant .

SurfaPore FX contains nanoparticles that bind and bond with building materials , resulting in strengthening and stabilizing the material . ​​​​​

SurfaPore FX is a water - based suspension with functionalized nanoparticles . Due to the small size of the nanoparticles , the penetration depth can reach more than 20mm ( porous sandstone ) . It does not contain organic ingredients or resinous compounds , ensuring long - term effectiveness and weather resistance .​ ​ ​​​​ ​​

Application Instructions

  • Before application, shake the product well to homogenize.
  • Apply with spray, brush or sponge roller.
  • It does not dilute.
  • Apply using a brush, roller or airless spray gun.
  • For absorbent surfaces it can be applied in 2 layers, the second layer is applied 15 minutes after the first layer.
  • Remove any excess not absorbed from the surface 20 minutes after applying the product.

What exactly does this product do?

The hardener penetrates the porous structure of the concrete andstrengthens the superficial layer, reducing dusting and preventing grinding. It is ideal for worn concrete, exposed to traffic or weathered.

Can it also be applied to newly poured concrete?

No. The product should only be applied tofully cured concrete (minimum 28 days)Application to fresh concrete may affect its natural hardening.
