Description

SurfaPore™ T Is a gloss surface waterproofer that provides stain protection and waterproofing for marble, granite and porcelain tiles

SurfaPore ™ T is a water-based product modified with nanoscale particles that fit into the pores of a polished surface, penetrate and "fill" pores that can accumulate dirt. These nanoparticles have the ability to self-polymerize and create an impermeable network of inert material.

After modification, dirt particles are unable to penetrate the micro-porosity of the surface (marble, granite or polished stoneware). Therefore, an important and value-adding goal has been achieved: permanent impregnation of the pores, ensuring protection against stains and easy cleaning. In addition to the hydrophobic characteristic that this product offers, it also provides oleophobic protection.

Ideal for waterproofing and stain protection for sensitive or polished surfaces. It seals the pores without forming a film, being suitable for porcelain tiles and other "non-absorbent" surfaces, marble and granite.

Application Instructions

  • Perform a test application in an invisible area of ​​the surface.
  • Before applying Surfapore T waterproofing, the surface must be clean and dry, thus, use NanoMax Cleaner Pro (diluted 1:4L of water).
  • SurfaPore T can be applied with a stencil, brush or sprayer, without being diluted.
  • After 15 minutes and before SurfaPore™ Τ is completely dry, remove excess and polish using a damp cloth, then wipe with a dry cloth.
  • On sensitive surfaces, reapply within 3 hours. Test the product on a small area before applying on a large scale. Maximum effectiveness is obtained 24 hours after application.

On surfaces that have been applied to waterproofing products or to previously modified surfaces or other waterproofing, a test application should be performed on a small area prior to full application for any adhesion issues
